• Monitors link health and accessibility
• Alerts users to broken or problematic links
• Provides analytics and reporting on link performance

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. YouTube API Services

Our service uses the YouTube API Services. By using Tube Link Fixer, you also agree to be bound by:

• YouTube Terms of Service
• Google Privacy Policy

You can revoke our access to your YouTube data at any time via Google Security Settings.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for all applicable fees.

5.2 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund requests after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account with multiple users (unless on a team plan)
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal use

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tube Link Fixer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tube Link Fixer shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from your use of third-party links
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
